Storm Lake, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Storm Lake Police have charged an Alton man in an alleged sexual abuse case. Assistant Chief Patrick Diekman says a possible violation involving a female under the age of 18 was reported around 5pm Sunday.

Following an investigation, 48 year old Dany Duarte was taken into custody and charged with sexual assault in the third degree – a class C Felony. The case remains open and additional charges are possible.
