Listen to Matt weekdays 2pm – 7pm.

When I moved away from northwest Iowa after graduating high school, I admit I never thought I’d be back.  Sure, back for holidays to visit my folks, but never back for good.

But even in my years of living in South Dakota, Nevada and Kansas, whenever I would travel back to northwest Iowa to visit, I was always going “home.” Home was where my family was, where my friends were, and where I grew up.  The other places were where I lived at the time, but home, home was here.

Now I live back home again, and I can’t imagine it any other way.  I love living here and love working for the Spencer Radio Group because we are committed to making our home here a better place to live for everyone.  Author Thomas Wolfe wrote a novel called You Can’t Go Home Again, but you can, I did, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
