Spencer, IA (KICD) — On February 13th a 19-year-old was arrested by the Spencer Police Department.
Casey Tuttle was taken to the Clay County Jail, where a jailer located what he believed to be meth in Tuttle’s property.
A test was done on the substance which tested positive for the presence of meth.
Tuttle was charged with possession of contraband in a correctional institution and was held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
