Milford, Ia (KICD) – It’s now time for a look at the Okoboji Girls Basketball team. The Pioneers are coming off of back-to-back 10-13 seasons and will be looking to jump over the .500 mark this year. Head coach John Adams talked about some of the things it will take for Okoboji to beat that mark.

The Pioneers bring back a lot of nice pieces from a season ago.

Adams has been pleased with the early season practices.

The Siouxland has been top-to-bottom the best small school basketball conference in the State, but may have a down year this year in comparison to previous years. Coach Adams believes his team can battle toward the top.

Okoboji opens up the regular season on November 21st at home against MOC-Floyd Valley.
