City of Spencer Moving Forward

Spencer, IA (KICD) — City employees in Spencer have two jobs for the foreseeable future. While they continue to work on flood-related issues, they are also attempting to do their normal jobs.

Acting City Manager Kevin Robinson says they’re trying to get garbage and recycling service back on a normal schedule.

Robinson says the Iowa DOT has also promised a magnet truck to help pick up nails and screws off of roadways that were flooded.
