Clay County Fair Announces New Entertainment Venue and Strolling Acts

Spencer, IA (KICD)– The Clay County Fair is known for its free entertainment and that will be no different this year when the fair makes its return to Spencer after a year off because of the pandemic.

CEO Jeremy Parsons says the Clay County Fair powered by SMU will feature a brand new entertainment venue on the north side of the Clay County Regional Events Center.

This year’s free entertainment will also feature a number returning and new strolling acts.
