Sheldon, IA (KICD) — In Sheldon, two contractors have been hired to start collecting debris, items should be at curbside tomorrow morning – preferable on concrete as the city will not repair any lawn damage. They will not be picking up appliances at this time.

The city of Hartley has put a 30-yard roll-off box at the city shop at 140 3rd Street Southwest and has a second drop off location on the West side of the shop. They ask residents NOT to block TCA equipment. Beginning Monday, the city will start picking up large items at the curb for residents who cannot transport them on their own. Commercial bussers must call Brommer Sanitation to schedule their own pickup. And appliances will not be picked up at this time.
