Estherville IA, (KICD) — At Monday’s city council meeting the council choose to go forward with the Low Head Dam project. City Administrator Penny Clanton talked about the council’s decision.
Clanton says the survey responses from the previous dam meeting were very positive.
Clanton also mentioned the idea of using a new bridge to connect the dam area with the campground area.
