Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer’s largest weekend of summer is here. Chamber of Commerce Program Director Blake Goss says the BIG change this year is that the event known as the “Chamber Chill” is Saturday night instead of Friday.
Goss says there’s also a lot of interest in the cardboard boat races.
