Terril, IA (KICD)– The City of Terril hopes someone will come forward to give a historic downtown building some T.L.C. Mayor Julie Thiesen says the ornate structure at Main and State has set empty for too long.

Thiesen says the city will donate the building to someone who promises to fix it up.

So far three entities have expressed interest. Mayor Thiesen says the Terril city council hopes to review those – and possibly other – proposals at its June 12th meeting.
