Spencer Hy-Vee Bomb Threat

Spencer, IA (KICD) — Law enforcement is dealing with a bomb threat in Spencer.

Spencer Police and Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with the Spencer Fire Department are at the Hy-Vee store in response to a bomb threat. Kyle Van Otterloo is with the Spencer Police Department and he shares the following information with KICD News…

 

 

Van Otterloo was not informed if the threat was made by an individual in the store or by phone, letter, or some sort of social post. Officials are still at the scene and KICD News will have more details when they’re available.
