Jackson, MN (KICD)– A Southwest Minnesota woman has been charged in a sexual abuse case that is said to have involved a child.
The case was first opened in late June when Jackson County law enforcement officials received information saying 22-year-old Gabrielle Nelson was in a relationship that required illicit videos.
Nelson agreed to speak with investigators where she reportedly said she had been dating a man from Libya that would make her do sexual acts on video, including some with a dog and later her underage son.
A few days later, while police were downloading the contents of Nelson’s phone, she allegedly received a link containing videos and screenshots she had made that are said to have clearly showed her performing sexual acts on a boy under the age of 13.
Nelson has been charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of using a minor in a sexual performance. If convicted she faces up to 30 years in jail.
