King And Vander Plaats Named Co-Chairs Of Cruz Campaign

Undated (KICD)–Two politicians with ties to the listening area have been chosen to serve as the national co-chairs of the Ted Cruz presidential campaign.

4th District Congressman Steve King endorsed Cruz in November and Cruz noted King’s “experience taking on the Washington Cartel, fighting for the American people and protecting our liberties” as assets.

Sheldon Native and The Family Leader President and CEO Bob Vander Plaats was also named co-chair of the campaign. Cruz says Vander Plaats “is an inspiring leader in the conservative movement with the values and tested ability to help us fight to restore the principles that made this country exceptional.”

King and Vander Plaats were with Cruz on the road in Iowa this week during the Cruzin for Caucus Iowa bus tour.
