Lind Sentenced to 10 Years

Spirit Lake, IA (KICD) — A Spirit Lake man has received his sentence after pleading guilty to sexual abuse in the third degree in three local counties back in January.

54 year old Stacy Lind was arrested last October on charges including lascivious acts with a child in Dickinson, Clay, and Osceola Counties dating back to June of 2021.

Lind made the deal just days before the case went to court.  Online records show Lind has been ordered to serve 10 years in prison.
