Emmetsburg, Ia (KICD) – Continuing our Mid-Season Wrestling reports with the Emmetsburg E-Hawks Boys Wrestling team. Emmetsburg bosts one of the strongest rosters in the State of Iowa with 5 Wrestlers in the latest IAWrestle 1A rankings. IAWrestle also considers the E-Hawks the #6 ranked dual team and #9 ranked Tournament team in Class 1A. A solid group is back from a strong year a season ago, Coach Mark Klaus talks about the E-Hawks Roster.

The improvement over the course of the first half of the season has been apparant to Coach Klaus in the Tournaments Emmetsburg has had.

Going in to the second half of the year, Klaus would like to see his Wrestlers continue to improve, and steal more points in Tournaments and Duals.

The E-Hawks are back in action on January 7th at the Forest City Invitational.
