Sheldon, IA (KICD)– Northwest Iowa Community College is hosting a special fundraiser on Tuesday evening in hopes of brining more attention to the need for organ donors.

Emergency Services Education Coordinator Kevin Miller tells KICD News the event will feature multiple opportunities to learn about being a donor and to help fund the work done by the Iowa Donor Network.

Those unable to be at the event in person can learn more about becoming an organ donor by visiting iowadonornetwork.org or by visiting the local driver’s license office.
