93rd Annual Northwest Amateur

After the first two rounds of qualifying Tanner Randall of Ankeny leads the field at the 93rd edition of the Northwest Iowa Amateur golf tournament with a score of 10-under par.
Randall fired a four under 68 in round one and a six under par 66 in his second qualifying round.
Max Mason of Medina Minnesota is just behind in second place at 9-under.
Former Spencer Tiger golfer, Jay Monahan, of Witchita Kansas is tied for third with Connor Koberg of Cedar Rapids at 8-under par.
Brett Benson is alone in fifth place at 6-under.
There are four golfers tied for sixth place with Dan Lensing of Wayzata Minnesota, Kyle Meihofer of Valparaiso Indiana, Alexander Wendell and J.D. Anderson of Johnston all tied at -5.
Last year’s winner Ben Wollam is currently in a tie for 25th at 1-under par for the tournament.
Championship flights will be played Sunday at Spencer Golf and Country Club.
