Okoboji, IA (KICD)– The lights will be back on and a limited capacity crowd in the seats as Okoboji Summer Theatre returns after not being able to put on performances in 2020 because of the pandemic.

Executive Director Ruth Ann Burke tells KICD News the slightly shortened season will still feature a bit of a variety of shows that were decided on based on the number of people interested in participating.

While Okoboji Summer Theatre is returning this summer, Burke says there will still be some restrictions in place, at least to start.

Tickets will be available through a contactless box office this time around beginning in late June, but in the meantime, requests for tickets can be sent to box office@okobojisummertheatre.org.
