Sidewalk Cutting Program Approved

Spencer, IA (KICD)–The Spencer City Council has approved a contract with a company that will help fix sidewalk trip hazards in a portion of the town.

Zach Quale with Precision Concrete Cutting explains the work they preform.


City Manager Bob Fagen says they identified 718 sidewalk panels that will be fixed.


A portion of the city will be a part of the first round of work with additional areas of town in coming years.
