Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer’s Mainstreet has segued right from the Clay County Fair to a couple of retail promotions. Director Nancy Naeve tells KICD’s Ryan Long five downtown boutiques are hosting a sip n shop Saturday.

And downtown restaurant week has already started.

Downtown Restaraunt week started as a state promotion but it went over so well Spencer Mainstreet has made it into a yearly event.
