Spencer, Ia (KICD) – Spencer’s Reid Tigges will be taking both his baseball and swimming talents to St.Cloud State in the Fall as he signed on to compete in both sports for the Huskies Thursday Morning. Tigges says that the coaches really blew him and his family away at their visit.
Tigges also said being able to compete in both Swimming and Baseball was a big factor in the decision.
When asked about Tigges’ time with the Spencer Baseball team, Coach Brian Dirkx talked about his growth and work ethic.
Spencer Boys Swimming coach Katy Chapman talked about Tigges’ impact on the program.
Tigges always prefered the competition when the intensity was at it’s highest.
