Two Estherville Women Charged Following Traffic Stop

Estherville, IA (KICD)– Two Estherville women were taken into custody on weapons and drug charges after a traffic stop on April 1st.

Information just released from Sheriff Mike Martens says 21 year old Jodeci Holmes and 19 year old Andrea McLoughlin were pulled over before midnight in the 10 block of Central Avenue in Estherville for an equipment violation.

A search of the vehicle lead to both women being charged with possession of a firearms as an ineligible person, 2nd offense possession of controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

McLoughlin was the driver and was also charged with a headlight violation, and for possession of contraband inside the jail.
