Clay County Fair (Northwestiowanow.com) — Each year at the Clay County Fair one individual enters the gates with a pan of rolls, and leaves with a roll of cash.

This year, Lisa Klein of Sheldon, Iowa was the Grand Prize winner.  She made the top 10 with her fronts and caramel entries.  Klein shared with KICD News she had been entering for a number of years and it took a lot of work to get here.

Among the rest of the contests in the Creative Living Building this week is the KICD Pasta Salad Contest Friday morning.
