The rescue boat was used to help Police when an individual waded into the river and refused to come out. Police Chief Mark Warburton had the rest of the stats for August.
And, Warburton says, Cooper Sykes was certified by the Iowa Law Academy in August, bringing that distinction to all of Spencer’s officers.
