Aurelia, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Excitement is building in Aurelia as the Fire Department shares the latest progress on their new station, with a target move-in date of Spring 2026! Good weather has been a true friend to the project, allowing contractors to make great headway and keep the construction timeline on track.

The department sends a big thank you for all the community support, including the success of the recent omelet feed. They are still welcoming donations, noting that any gift of $500 or more will be recognized on the new station’s honor board.

You can easily donate through Venmo at @aureliafirerescue, or through grain donations via Ag-State.
