Arnolds Park, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — Multiple search warrants were executed on May 13th at the Boji Nites Gentleman’s Club as part of an extensive investigation by local police and the Iowa Department of Revenue. The club is being investigated for allegedly underreporting revenue to the state. The specific dollar amount of the underreported revenue has not yet been disclosed, and the investigation is active.

In a related action on the same day, the Arnolds Park City Council held a special meeting and revoked the liquor license for Boji Nites.

Various law enforcement agencies have provided assistance in the investigation, including the Iowa Department of Revenue Alcohol and Tax Compliance Division, Iowa State Patrol, Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force, the Dickinson County Attorney’s Office, the C.A.S.T. Team, and the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Department.
