Spencer, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — The Centers Against Abuse and Sexual Assault is hosting a special fundraiser Friday evening in Spencer.

CAASA Director Stephanie Henrich tells Northwest Iowa Now years ago the event was called “Women’s Night Out” – but this year – they wanted to try something different:

CAASA’s office located in south Spencer suffered major damage from the flood. Logan Waite says they’re now back in the building and slowly recovering:

The Casino Night Fundraiser will begin at 6pm Friday evening at the Clay County Regional Events Center in Spencer. Tickets are still available – you can purchase them at caasaonline.org or at 712-363-5042.
