Spencer, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Clay County Conservation Director Will Horsely presented an update to the Board of Supervisors “this morning” May 5 at their regular board meeting, informing them on the hiring process for a new Naturalist.  KICD News visited with Horsely after the Supervisors meeting.

Horsely says Oneota Environmental Learning Center in Oneota Park will have a public reception after a new Naturalist is hired. Bri Blomm was the former Naturalist for Clay County and left the board in March this year.
