Clay County Fair Association Invites New Members to Join

Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Clay County Fair Association annual meeting is Tuesday February 24th.

Fair Manager Jason Brockshus says anyone can join.

And anyone who has been an association member for more than one year is eligible to run for the board.
