Clay County, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — The Clay County Long Term Recovery Group is hosting a collaboration meeting, inviting local groups, and volunteer groups specializing in rebuilding after disasters.

Hanges believes collectively the groups should be able rebuild Spencer.
