Homeowners in Spencer will want to protect their water pipes from freezing, to prevent costly plumbing emergencies.

If you suspect a frozen pipes, turn off main water to the house and call a plumber. Keep the faucets in the home open until they arrive. You can also call SMU with any questions or concerns.
