Spencer, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — This year’s Veteran’s Day concert at the Clay County Fair-powered by SMU will be headlined by a performer – known for writing and singing one of the most patriotic songs of all time “God Bless The USA.”

Veteran’s Day at the fair will be Monday, September 14th. Lee Greenwood’s performance will be a powerful tribute that evening at the grandstand. This year is extra special, with the nation’s 250th anniversary of Independence. In addition, longtime Statler Brothers member Jimmy Fortune will be a special guest performer.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, February 20th at 10am. Prices are $35 for stage front seating; $45 for grandstand seating; and $25 for bleacher seating.

The Spencer Media Group is a proud sponsor of all the main grandstand concerts at this year’s Clay County Fair.
