Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The college and Major League Baseball seasons are underway. Spencer Park and Rec Director Bob Fullhart says the city fields are ready for Little League to start next week.

While the city maintains the fields, there is a Little League Association that organizes teams, practices, and the actual games.
