Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The filing period for city elections in Iowa opens next week. Amy Moser tells KICD News she’ll be running for the 3rd ward council seat in Spencer.
Moser says working in those different job sectors and living in different communities gives her some life perspectives.
