Arnolds Park, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com)  — Oak Hill Marina announced Monday the sale of its Oak Hill Outdoor division to another local business. The move signals a strategic shift for the company as it seeks to consolidate its resources back into its primary marina operations.

Tim Sather of Oak Hill Marina stated that while the outdoor venture provided a unique way to connect with the community, the transition is designed to let the team refocus on “life on the water”. The company plans to dedicate its full attention to the boating experiences, service, and sales that define its core business.

Management confirmed that the outdoor division will remain community-based under the new ownership.
Moving forward, Oak Hill Marina intends to leverage this narrowed focus to enhance its service quality for the upcoming boating season.
