Sheldon Police Arrest Woman for Theft and Financial Exploitation

Sheldon, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Sheldon Police arrested a woman for allegedly stealing more than $18,000 from an older victim. On Monday afternoon, May 11, 67-year-old Kimberly Pedersen of Paullina was arrested for using the bank account of an individual with cognitive impairmen without their permission.

She now faces several charges including, first-degree theft and ongoing criminal conduct, both Class B felonies, financial exploitation of an older individual and nonsupport of a dependent adult.

Pedersen was booked into O’Brien County Jail
