Spencer, IA (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Many businesses at the South Park Mall in Spencer have already reopened after the flood damage this summer. And even more plan to open this Friday.  South Park Mall Manager Kathy Anderson talks about the progress the mall has made:

Anderson is confident the South Park Mall will be back to full strength by December. This Friday is a celebration for the reopened businesses, and there will be giveaways and more happening across the mall.
