Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — It’s graduation season with multiple school holding commencement ceremonies yesterday. The Spencer Community Schools graduated 160 seniors. As a reminder the Spencer Media Group again this year has a “Salute to Senior” webpage where you may submit a photo from a graduate in your family to be included. Deadline to submit an entry is Thursday, May 28th. On Friday, May 29th we will randomly select one of those graduates to be award a three hundred dollar gift card. This year’s Salute to Senior sponsors are Denison Drywall, State Bank, and Meyer Home Improvement.
