Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Spencer Fire Chief Jesse Coulsen gave his monthly update to the city council last week.

And the chief says too many motorists are ignorning the flashing lights at crosswalks.

There are six crosswalks in Spencer – most in school zones and across the highway.
