Storm Lake, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Storm Lake City officials have declared a Snow Emergency effective tonight at 10:00 o’clock, running through Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m.
That means no parking on residential streets overnight between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. In the downtown district, keep streets clear from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., and stay out of public lots B and D. However, you can use downtown lots A and C.
