Warrant Violation Arrest

Graettinger, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — Early last week a Graettinger man was arrested for a violation of Pretrial Release.

According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Jeremy Keith Griffith was arrested on a valid warrant for Violation of Pretrial Release on an orginal charge of Child Endangerment-Serious Injury, a Class C Felony.

Griffith was unable to post the $5,000 cash only bond and was placed in jail to await his initial appearance in front of a judge.
